Here’s how your photo shoot will go

Planning

Tell me who you’d like to bring along, the time frame you have in mind, and the kind of mood you’d like the photos to have. Together, we’ll coordinate the location, lighting, and clothing.

Photo Shoot

We’ll set aside about 60–90 minutes. You don’t need any experience in front of the camera: I’ll guide you gently without forcing you into stiff poses.

Selection

After the photo shoot, you’ll receive a personal, password-protected online gallery. There, you can choose your favorite photos and then decide which photo package is right for you.

Prices for Family & Portrait Photo Shoots

The photography fee and the digital images are intentionally billed separately. That way, you can decide after the shoot which photos you really want.

Photo shoot fee – 200 €

The photography fee covers the joint preparation and the photo shoot. Digital images are not included in this fee.

Digital Images

• A single fully edited image: 24 €
• 5 digital images: 100 €
• 10 digital photos: 180 €

Examples of the total price:

• Photo shoot with one photo: 224 €
• Photo shoot with five photos: 300 €
• Photo shoot with ten photos: 380 €

Mini-sessions are a separate offering and take place only on announced dates or at select events.

How long does a typical photo shoot take?

For family and portrait photo shoots, we set aside about 60–90 minutes. This gives us enough time to settle in and let different situations unfold.

Where will the photo shoot take place?

We usually take photos outdoors in natural light—in a green setting, in an urban environment, or at a location that suits you. Your home can also be a good option if there’s enough space and good lighting.

What happens if the weather is bad?

I’ll keep an eye on the forecast and make a decision as late as possible—but early enough for you to plan accordingly. If the conditions aren’t right, we’ll schedule an alternate date.

How does image selection work?

After the photo shoot, you’ll get access to a personal, password-protected online gallery. There, you can take your time selecting your favorites. You can order digital photos individually or as a package.

Can we come as a large family, or is it possible to drive there?

Please include the number of people and your preferred location in your inquiry. I’ll assess what makes sense for you and clearly explain any potential additional costs before you book.

When will the gallery be available, and can we buy all the pictures?

The delivery time, the scope of the selection gallery, and the possibility of a complete gallery will be clearly agreed upon before booking. It’s best to let me know these preferences when you send your inquiry.
