Every child is allowed to be just as they are: cheerful, curious, calm, wild, or—at first—a little cautious. I give them time to settle in and create an atmosphere where natural facial expressions and genuine moments emerge.
A familiar setting, a relaxed atmosphere
Depending on the facility and the weather, I take photos outside in the garden or play area, or in a lovingly prepared indoor setting. We’ll coordinate the schedule in advance so that the photo session fits smoothly into the facility’s daily routine.

Kindergarten and school photos are memories of a brief, special phase of life. They shouldn’t look generic; instead, they should show the children just as their families know and love them.

Tips for Kids
A few simple preparations will help ensure that your photo shoot gets off to a relaxed start.
Bring a change of clothes and a spare set: Accidents happen quickly. Keeping a spare set of clothes and a few wet wipes in your backpack gives you peace of mind.
On the way to preschool: A loose-fitting shirt or a jacket worn over the outfit for the photo will protect their clothes. Alternatively, your child can change clothes at the preschool after checking with the teachers.
Comfortable and familiar: Clothes look best when your child enjoys moving around in them. Whenever possible, let your child choose from two or three coordinating outfits—this boosts their sense of well-being.
Subtle colors instead of large motifs: Eye-catching logos, cartoon characters, and large lettering can quickly draw attention away from the face. Simple, harmonious colors usually have a more timeless effect.
A familiar companion is welcome: a favorite stuffed animal, a small book, or another comforting item can provide a sense of security and be lovingly included in the photo if desired.
